Sharon earned her B.S. in Marketing & Finance from Old Dominion University, giving her a competitive advantage in marketing, advertising, negotiating, and consumer behavior. She launched her career in 1988 at her father’s office - Century 21 Spedden & Associates – and was a top producer for Long & Foster before opening her namesake firm in 2006.

A lifelong resident of Dorchester County, Michelle has been a caring, positive influence to families throughout the region - first as an educator, and now - as a member of the Sharon Real Estate team.
Michelle earned her B.S. in Elementary/Middle School Education and a Master’s in Administration and Supervision from Salisbury University. She dedicated 30 years to Dorchester’s children as a teacher and administrator. After retiring, Michelle earned her REALTOR® license to help families through the home selling or buying process.
Michelle and her husband Jeff forged a special bond with Sharon 30 years ago when they purchased the home where they raised their sons, Grant and Garrett. Their East New Market home was Sharon’s first closing.
Today, Michelle’s gracious manner and exceptional organizational skills help ensure our firm’s smooth and successful operation.
Born and raised on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, Carol’s extensive knowledge of the “land of pleasant living” has made her an asset on the Sharon Real Estate Team for more than 15 years.
Carol began working with Sharon in 2002 as a personal assistant and was inspired to become a Licensed REALTOR®. Carol specializes in transaction coordination – getting the deal to the settlement table, contract preparation and negotiation. She is a steady presence in the office and she also shows properties, giving her an acute awareness of market conditions.
Client service and satisfaction are Carol’s first and foremost priority whether working with buyers or sellers. Her drive, commitment, and knowledge forge lasting and successful relationships with both client and colleague alike.
A veteran real estate associate broker with 20 years of experience in the home buying and selling industry, Dawn is a life-long resident of Dorchester. She grew up on Hoopers Island and has a wealth of knowledge about the county’s communities, culture and customs.
Dawn helps her clients make smart decisions with their real estate investments and is committed to working flexible hours to accommodate their schedules. Her positive and warm attitude make working with Dawn a pleasant and successful experience.
A licensed REALTOR® since 1976, Eva Jane managed Century 21 Anderson Stokes before opening her own real estate agency, Anchor Realty & Marine Enterprises. She joined Sharon’s team in 2013 after owning several companies.
As a life-long resident of Hoopers Island, Eva Jane is very knowledgeable of the local people, area, and waters. Her years of experience through the changes in the real estate industry give her a unique perspective on the market and help her to serve her clients well.
Cambridge native Dickie Harrington has vast experience in real estate, law and banking. He specializes in waterfront homes, farms and commercial properties.
Dickie graduated from the University of Maryland College Park with a B.S. in Political Science. While serving in the Army National Guard, he earned his J.D. degree from the University of Baltimore and practiced law in Cambridge for 27 years as a partner with Harrington & Merryweather. Dickie has been a member of the Cambridge Lions Club and the American Legion Post #91. He has been director of the Dorchester County YMCA and currently is the director of the Cambridge Lighthouse Foundation.
Dickie resides in Dorchester’s Neck District with his wife, Sandy. He has three adult children - Jessie, Jenny and Matt – Jessie is an attorney with a large D.C. firm, Jenny lives in Dallas and is an interior designer with an architectural firm, and Matt lives in San Diego working as a manager with Town Parke Company.
Donna joined the Sharon Real Estate team in 2015 after serving as a licensed REALTOR® in Dorchester County for ten years prior.
After earning her B.S. in Social Work from George Mason University, she specialized in adult protective services, brain injury, early childhood intervention, and school social work. In Dorchester County, Donna ran the First Steps Program. Donna honed her communication skills serving as a client advocate. Today, her integrity, patience and positivity help make the complicated process of buying and selling real estate seamless and pleasant for Sharon’s customers.
Donna resides in the Jenkins Creek area of Cambridge and enjoys spending time with her two adult daughters – Shannon and Alicia.
Eastern Shore born and raised, Sydney is the youngest member of the Sharon Real Estate team. As C. Robert (Bob) and Donna Spedden’s granddaughter – and Sharon’s daughter - she hails from a very knowledgeable and successful real estate family.
Sydney studied business marketing and management at the University of Mississippi. She returned home to pursue her career as a real estate professional.
Today, as a licensed REALTOR, Sydney enjoys helping other young professionals and families find their dream home in the heart of Chesapeake Country. She has embraced digital marketing and social media tools to better reach and serve Sharon’s clients.
Sydney resides in northern Dorchester’s Indian Creek Estates neighborhood with her husband Brent and their young son Alex.
