Zach grew up hunting waterfowl and Sika deer across the Eastern Shore, giving him firsthand knowledge of the land, terrain, and wildlife that make the region unique—expertise that’s especially valuable when helping clients evaluate hunting and recreational properties.
An avid offshore fisherman, Zach spends his summers chasing tuna and marlin out of Ocean City, further strengthening his connection to the outdoor lifestyle that defines much of the Shore.
Zach graduated from Towson University with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. His professional background supports a thoughtful, organized approach to real estate, whether guiding a land purchase or a residential transaction.
Zach works with both residential and land clients, helping buyers and sellers navigate everything from primary homes and waterfront properties to hunting land and recreational tracts.
