Kendra Nichols brings more than 30 years of experience serving clients across Maryland’s Eastern Shore. A lifelong Eastern Shore native, she offers an unmatched understanding of the local communities, market, and lifestyle, making her a trusted resource for buyers and sellers throughout the region.
Before joining Sharon Real Estate, Kendra built a successful career as a Property & Casualty Insurance Agent, helping individuals and families protect their homes and investments. She also held a real estate license in the early 1990s, providing her with a well-rounded perspective on the real estate industry. In addition, Kendra is the co-founder of Nichols Lawn & Landscape, a respected local business that has proudly served the Eastern Shore for many years.
Known for her warm personality, honesty, and exceptional customer service, Kendra enjoys getting to know her clients and guiding them through every step of the buying and selling process.
