Born and raised on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, Carol brings decades of local knowledge and a genuine appreciation for the “Land of Pleasant Living” to her work in real estate. She began working with Sharon Spedden in 2002 as a personal assistant and quickly became an integral part of the team. Inspired by the business, Carol earned her real estate license in 2003 and successfully balanced selling part-time while supporting the Sharon Real Estate brokerage behind the scenes.
After more than 22 years as an administrative assistant, Carol retired from her administrative role on June 1, 2025, and is now fully dedicated to serving clients as a full-time REALTOR®. Her extensive background in transaction coordination, contract preparation, and negotiation gives her a unique advantage, allowing her to guide clients confidently from first showing to settlement.
