Bio
Jennifer Wingate brings a diverse background in education, business management, and operations to the Sharon Real Estate team, which she joined in the spring of 2025. Serving in a dual role as a licensed REALTOR® and Administrative Leader, she supports both clients and the brokerage through transaction coordination, agent support, and streamlined operations, while also working directly with buyers and sellers throughout the real estate process. She leads marketing and social media efforts, coordinating branding, digital content, and outreach strategies that strengthen the firm’s visibility and client engagement.
A lifelong Dorchester County resident, Jennifer spent over a decade teaching locally and was honored as Teacher of the Year in 2016–2017. She later transitioned into office management within a propane company, where she focused on operational efficiency, marketing initiatives, and customer relationships—experience she now brings to her work with clients and at Sharon Real Estate.
Jennifer is raising her three children in Dorchester County alongside her husband, a full-time light tackle fishing guide and owner of Salt Tale Charters. Deeply rooted in the community, she values strong relationships and takes pride in helping clients navigate the buying and selling process while supporting a business that helps local families thrive.
